Open up opportunities with HPE. Job Description : Responsible for providing technical support to our client by maintaining the correct HW health of the systems onsite.
This encompassed understanding our customer's business and adequately maintain system health by hardware troubleshooting and repair and maintenance of the onsite inventory understanding customers' businesses.
As trusted advisor create and maintain effective customer relationships so as to insure customer satisfaction.
Maintain knowledge of leading edge technologies and industry / market domain knowledge.
Actively contribute to the company's solutions portfolio by providing information ranging from technical knowledge to methodologies based on experience gained from customer projects.
Shape technical direction and technical strategies within the organization and for external customers.
Accountable for consistent and significant chargeability levels (or expense relief for internal project teams) and for assisting in meeting or exceeding revenue and customer satisfaction goals.
Contribute to organization's profitability by generating and cultivating new business opportunities and by providing technical support for deal proposal development. Role Requires : Top Secret Clearance, TS / SCI preferred Security+ and Linux+ certification Role will be on-site at customer location in Vicksburg, MS Will require some on-call / weekend work Responsibilities :
- Hardware break / fix experience required.
- Reports daily to, and works physically at, the Customer Site.
- Accountable for meeting and maintaining customer's SLA (Service Level Agreement).
- Engages in technical problem solving across multiple technologies.
- Owns and drives service tickets.
Including the ordering of parts for needed repairs.
