Computer And Academic Support
Provide computer and academic support to students with a primary focus on proficiency in basic skills, Internet use, email, Microsoft Office, My Ivy & Ivy Learn needed in conjunction with subject specific knowledge.
Essential Functions :
- Assists students in the general use of computers.
- Guides students in the use of software programs and / or web-based applications directly related to Ivy Tech coursework.
- Maintains contact records for each student.
- Provides individualized and group support that empowers students to become independent, successful learners.
- Direct students to various departments to address additional support needs as appropriate.
