Ability to work collaboratively in a client-focused, team-oriented environment. Hybrid work schedule (2-3 days in-office on average). Competitive salary range of $110,000–$180,000 , with actual compensation based on experience, location, and qualifications. Productivity and discretionary bonuses available. About the Role :
The firm is actively recruiting a skilled Patent Agent with expertise in electrical engineering, software, computer science, or related fields to assist with patent preparation and prosecution. This role involves working on cutting-edge technologies, including AI and machine learning, and provides the opportunity for professional growth in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Draft and prosecute patent applications related to electrical, software, and computer science technologies.
- Conduct prior art searches and analyze patentability.
