Job descriptionDevelop NC programs for CNC Mills / Lathes / Multi-axis mills and Multi-axis lathes / VTLs Strategize machining processes to produce hardware from design data Create and manage set-up sheets Collaborate with engineers and machinists Design custom tools and fixtures as needed Contribute to process improvement initiatives Maintain configuration control on files and job records Ensure safe work practices in an industrial environment. Minimum of 5 years of experience in NC programming Proficiency in blueprint reading including GD&T per ASME Y14.5M-1994 standard Experience in tool fixture design and set-up sheet management Experience working with Inconel, stainless steel, and aluminum Experience with MasterCam X7 or higher Experience with Vericut or other program verification software Familiarity with Unigraphics NX Machinist experience Experience in setting up and operating CNC machines
