A rewarding contract opportunity awaits behavior analysts seeking to make a meaningful impact in educational settings near Naperville, IL. This full-time position spans the 2026-2027 school year and focuses on providing expert support within cooperative programming across Early Childhood through 8th grade. With a 2.0 FTE allocation, you'll be part of a team dedicated to fostering positive student outcomes and collaborative professional growth.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Experience working within school-based settings, preferably across multiple grade levels
  • Knowledge of cooperative and inclusive programming, supporting diverse student needs
  • Strong analytical, assessment, and data-driven decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities with staff and families

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop evidence-based Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Deliver ongoing professional development and consultative support to educators and staff
  • Provide direct and indirect behavioral intervention services to students, aligned with program goals
  • Monitor student progress and adjust strategies as needed for optimal outcomes
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated supports across all grade levels served
  • Document interventions and maintain compliance with state, federal, and district guidelines
