As we continue to grow our operations, we are looking for a dynamic and strategic Vice President of Credit Risk Management to join our leadership team.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership
Develop and execute a comprehensive credit risk management strategy aligned with the company’s growth objectives.
Help design and monitor portfolio reports, dashboards, and KPIs that allow executive management to measure portfolio profitability.
Champion the adoption and integration of innovative technologies that enhance risk assessment processes, such as AI and data analytics tools.
Lead and mentor a high-performing risk management team, promoting a culture of innovation, accountability, and collaboration.
Ensure all credit risk management practices are compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including executives, product teams, and regulatory bodies.
