Overview :
SageSure is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented IT Operations professional to assist the department leadership with deploying and supporting the hardware and software operations of the Corporate IT team. This role is critical to bolstering the company’s growing remote and local employee populations.
What you’d be doing :
- Effectively manage the inventory / stock of all IT hardware and accessories around the country, specifically in the company’s Tallahassee hardware hub
- Coordinate with the purchasing team to communicate needs for replenishment and replacement of all items
- Assist with pre-hire and post-termination communications with all employees, contractors and temporary staff members
- Maintain inventory records for all received and sent hardware and accessories, filling out and maintaining auditable forms and organizing them
- Assist the Office Operations team with all access control needs (issuing and maintaining all access / entry system records)
- Work with other colleagues on the team to maintain detailed, accurate and auditable records for all critical pieces of hardware in company’s ITAM
- Assist with weekly reports on national inventory, onboarding updates and the tracking of returned equipment
- Train and develop competency with handling the hardware lifecycle of our IT assets (decommissioning, building, deploying, shipping)
- Manage and track outgoing and incoming shipments out of the facility
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of in-facility workstations and IT equipment
- Be remote-hands as needed with Tier-1 technical support for internal customers
- Train and be available for cross-departmental IT support in applications, networking and desktop support
