MECHANIC PAY & PERKS
We pay for experience, and you'll earn $60,000 - $65,000 per year based on qualifications and skills.
You'll work from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday, splitting your time between our shop and construction sites. You may need to work some nights and weekends.
Some travel is required, but we'll pay for lodging and provide you with a company vehicle to make things easier. We'll also provide your tools! That's all on top of our general benefits, which include a profit-sharing program, PTO, growth and advancement opportunities, and a company-provided phone!
ARE YOU A GOOD FIT FOR THIS JOB?
Our Mechanic needs:
- 18+ years old
- 3+ years of experience in light, medium, and/or heavy equipment/truck maintenance and repair
- Engine maintenance experience (fluid changes and filter replacements)
- Ability to regularly lift 80 lbs., as well as walk and stand for most of the day
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
If you have your CDL and have experience working on gas and diesel vehicles, we want to hear from you! Some industry education (trade school, automotive apprentice program, etc.) would also be beneficial.

OUR TEAM NEEDS YOU!
Our Mechanic works on all kinds of trucks and mechanical equipment to fix problems and keep our construction projects on track. You'll troubleshoot issues and complete the necessary repairs and maintenance to bring the equipment to peak operating condition. Responsibilities include, but aren't limited to:
- Independently troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining light, medium, and heavy equipment and vehicles
- Removing broken parts, installing new mechanical components, and rebuilding vehicles/equipment
- Carefully loading and unloading deliveries using front-end wheel loaders, forklifts, and skid-steers
- Welding and fabricating parts as needed
- Helping out with additional tasks as assigned at the shop and on-site
