Pay Range : $75,000 - $90,000 Position Overview : RCL Development Inc. is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Residential Superintendent to oversee luxury residential construction projects in the Rosemary Beach area. In this role, you will manage day-to-day construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of craftsmanship. Key Responsibilities : - Project Management : Oversee all phases of luxury residential construction, from site preparation to final inspections.- Schedule Coordination : Develop and maintain detailed project schedules to ensure timely delivery.- Team Leadership : Supervise subcontractors, vendors, and on-site personnel, providing guidance and resolving issues as they arise.- Quality Assurance : Conduct regular site inspections to uphold the highest construction standards and compliance with codes.- Safety Compliance : Maintain a safe work environment by enforcing safety protocols.- Documentation : Maintain accurate project records, including schedules, reports, material logs, and change orders. Qualifications : - Proven experience as a Residential Superintendent or in a similar luxury home construction role.- Strong understanding of residential construction methods, materials, and building codes.- Ability to manage multiple projects and teams with exceptional leadership and organizational skills.- Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural drawings and blueprints.- Familiarity with construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for collaborating with clients, architects, and teams.- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.- Preferred : OSHA certification or similar safety training.
