Key Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and manage high-performing advertising campaigns on Meta and Google Ads
Continuously analyze campaign performance and optimize based on KPIs and ROAS goals
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and quality deliverables
Required Qualifications
3-4+ years of hands-on experience with digital ad platforms (Meta, Google Ads)
Proven success with B2B and D2C brands
Strong understanding of campaign structure, audience targeting, tracking, and reporting
Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setting
Manage $10K-$100K+ monthly ad spend across Meta & Google
