Shift : 1st, Monday-Friday, 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm (Hybrid)

Position Summary :
We are seeking a mid-level attorney with 5+ years of experience for a Corporate business unit in Scottsdale, AZ. The attorney will be responsible for the preparation and negotiation of corporate and transactional documents, including entity formation and governance documents, operating documents, supply agreements, purchase agreements, compliance documents, and merger and acquisition documents. The role will require the attorney to interact effectively with clients and represent them in negotiations for various business transactions.
