Qualtrics is looking for a Corporate Counsel that has competitive drive strong work ethic tenacity and visionary whatever it takes attitude. You will be primarily responsible for litigation and privacy while also handling compliance export controls and bankruptcy matters.

We are looking for a skilled lawyer who thrives on complexity and ownership. You will succeed by demonstrating excellence in the following areas :

• Ownership and Autonomous Execution : You will operate and execute independently on a diverse and complex portfolio of legal matters from litigation and privacy to export controls and bankruptcy. We expect you to always deliver results with incredible ownership managing your projects with a reasonable amount of oversight and checking in regularly to align on strategic direction.
• Becoming a Go-To Expert : You will quickly become a highly proficient and go-to resource for the company. This means developing a deep specialization in several of the legal areas you manage enabling you to handle novel questions and provide nuanced analysis. Your ability to learn quickly and master new domains will be critical to your success.
• Pragmatic and Trusted Partnership : You will build deep trust across the organization by being a responsive helpful and solutions-oriented partner. With a high EQ you will translate complex legal requirements into actionable business guidance. Success means you are consistently sought out by internal clients who value your pragmatic advice and enjoy working with you.
• Strategic Business Acumen : You will move beyond purely legal advice by developing a sophisticated understanding of our companys products organization and risk tolerance. Your counsel will be not just legally sound but commercially astute helping the business navigate challenges and achieve its goals in a rapidly evolving tech landscape.
• Mentorship and Team Collaboration : As a key member of the team you will contribute to a positive and inclusive environment. You will become a helpful mentor to more junior members of the Legal team and a respected advisor to colleagues across the business.
