JOB DESCRIPTION

OFFICE CLERK

The Office Clerk shall be responsible for, but not limited to, the following :

Data entry and auditing of various records, extensive use of a ten key calculator and computers, coordinate activities with other departments and supervisors, dealing with people in person and over the phone, computing various numbers for reports.

Required Technical Skills :

• Basic computer skills with experience using Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Proficiency with a ten-key calculator.
• Previous experience with data entry.
• Ability to work well with numbers.
• Ability to have good phone etiquette.

Physical Requirements :

S)he will be required to sit and stand for long periods of time. Will be required to lift and move large amounts of paperwork (boxes of files). Will be required to stoop, bend, and reach above the head and below the knees to file and retrieve data.

Other :

The Office Clerk is an hourly position and reports to the Office Manager.

Standard Hours : 7 : 00am-3 : 30pm (subject to management's discretion). Working overtime may be required.
