Clerical & Inventory Logging: Accurately enter receiving data, review packing slips, verify purchase orders, and update system records for all incoming materials.
End-to-End Tracking: Process and track all incoming goods, ensuring accurate logging for all designated lines/vendors.
Quality & Inventory Assurance: Inspect incoming items for damage, count quantities, cross-reference documentation, and resolve minor discrepancies immediately.
Communication: Work closely with warehouse and office teams to maintain seamless coordination and ensure receiving records are up to date.
Working hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
