Compliance Analyst
The Compliance Analyst is a member of the Compliance Office and contributes to the Community Health System's mission to better the lives of all those we serve. As a Compliance Analyst, you will serve as a compliance contact, monitoring the day-to-day compliance activities of a facility or facilities. This position will be responsible for identifying and assessing areas of compliance risks; developing and communicating corrective action plans; developing and revising internal policies; researching and providing education on complex regulations; and adhering to industry standards, both State and Federal.

Qualifications
Education
Associate's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, Nursing, Health Care, Compliance or a related field required
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, Nursing, Health Care, Compliance or a related field preferred
Experience 4 years of experience in Healthcare Compliance or related Healthcare field, including Regulations or Audit required
Equivalent combination of education and related experience may be substituted for the education and experience requirements
Licenses and Certifications One of the following is preferred
- CHC - Certified Healthcare Compliance
- CCEP - Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional
- CCS - Certified Coding Specialist
- CMAS - Certified Medical Audit Specialist
- CPMA - Certified Professional Medical Auditor
- CPC - Certified Professional Coder
- COC - Certified Outpatient Coder
- CIC - Certified Inpatient Coder
- RHIA - Registered Health Information Administrator
- RHIT - Registered Health Information Technician
