This role is pivotal in ensuring a smooth and efficient intake process for our clients, acting as a key point of contact within our healthcare services system.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional service.

Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate all aspects of the centralized intake process to ensure timely and accurate client information intake.
Serve as the primary liaison between clients, healthcare providers, and internal teams to facilitate seamless communication and coordination.
Maintain and update intake records accurately within the company's database systems.
Resolve any intake-related issues by collaborating with relevant departments to ensure client needs are met promptly.
Assist in the development and improvement of intake procedures to enhance overall efficiency.
Provide exceptional customer service to clients, answering questions and addressing concerns professionally.

Requirements

Insurance verification experience a must
Clinical knowledge preferred
Skilled Nursing experience preferred
High school diploma or equivalent; further education in healthcare administration or related field is a plus.
Proven experience in a healthcare or customer service role involving intake or client coordination.
Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
