Key Responsibilities:
Seeking a Field Engineer with – years of computer support experience. Responsible for installing, diagnosing, maintaining, and servicing desktops, laptops, printers, network devices, standard software, and low-end servers at client sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hardware setup and basic HW/SW troubleshooting
- Desktop, laptop, server & network support
- PC imaging, reloading, and device repair
- Disk replacement on enterprise storage products
- Install, move, add, and change (IMAC) activities
- Maintain legacy and core server products
- Ensure SLA compliance and update ticketing system
- Provide professional customer service and escalation support
- Strong work ethic, organizational skills, and ability to resolve complex support issues independently required.
