Seeking a Field Engineer with – years of computer support experience. Responsible for installing, diagnosing, maintaining, and servicing desktops, laptops, printers, network devices, standard software, and low-end servers at client sites.
Key Responsibilities:
Hardware setup and basic HW/SW troubleshooting
Desktop, laptop, server & network support
PC imaging, reloading, and device repair
Disk replacement on enterprise storage products
Install, move, add, and change (IMAC) activities
Maintain legacy and core server products
Ensure SLA compliance and update ticketing system
Provide professional customer service and escalation support
Strong work ethic, organizational skills, and ability to resolve complex support issues independently required.
