Requirements:
  • U.S. citizenship is required
  • An active Secret clearance is required
  • 10+ years of experience with Appian Process Automation
  • 10+ years of software development experience
  • 10+ years of unit testing experience
  • Proven ability to design, build, and deploy custom Appian applications using platform best practices
  • Background in developing enterprise workflow automation and case management solutions in Appian
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with functional and technical stakeholders in an Agile setting
  • Preferred experience supporting federal government programs or secure environments
  • Preferred experience creating Appian process models, interfaces, business rules, and workflow automation solutions
  • Preferred experience converting business requirements into scalable Appian applications
  • Preferred experience participating in Agile Scrum ceremonies and iterative delivery

  • Create and run unit tests to verify functionality and uphold solution quality
  • Partner with functional teams in daily stand-ups and ongoing discussions to clarify requirements and deliver strong solutions
  • Diagnose application, workflow, and integration issues while improving performance, scalability, and maintainability
  • Maintain technical documentation, development artifacts, and configuration records throughout the software development lifecycle
  • Ensure solutions meet security, performance, and operational expectations
