Job description

Job Title : Lead Athletic Facility Installer

Job Description

As a Lead Athletic Facility Installer, you will be responsible for installing bleachers, overhead systems, basketball back stops, divider curtains, lockers, overhead volleyball nets, scoreboards, and control systems in new construction projects. These projects will be based in hospitals, laboratories, athletic facilities, and schools around Denver and Colorado Springs. All installations occur in unoccupied spaces.

Responsibilities

  • Perform installation of bleachers and overhead systems.
  • Install basketball back stops, divider curtains, and lockers.
  • Set up overhead volleyball nets and scoreboards.
  • Run control systems for athletic facilities.
  • Utilize tools such as laser level, drill, and impact driver effectively.

Essential Skills

  • 2-5 years of experience in commercial casework and millwork installation.
  • Proficiency in athletic facility installation.
  • Experience in framing, mechanical work, installation, furniture building, or drywall.
  • Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Skilled in carpentry, trim work, and general labor.
  • Familiarity with construction and installation processes.

    Work Environment

    Work on commercial construction sites in teams of 4-10. Projects typically last 1-2 weeks, with some extending to 3+ months. Be prepared to travel across various locations, including Niwot, Limelight hotel Boulder, and athletic projects statewide. Enjoy travel benefits such as daily allowances, paid hotels, and mileage compensation for distances exceeding 50 miles from downtown.

    Job Type & Location

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Englewood, Colorado.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00 / hr.
