ARLANXEO has a new career opportunity available for a PCS (I&E) Technician at our Orange, TX manufacturing site.
Primary Duties:
Responsible for the troubleshooting and/or repair electrical/instrumentation type equipment in our production and infrastructure areas.
Qualifications:
- Associate Degree or certificate from an accredited school of instrumentation and/or electronics, or completion of an approved apprenticeship program.
- Must have graduated prior to beginning work and provide copy of transcript or certificate with application.
- Minimum 3 years experience as an Instrument/Electrical Technician in an industrial atmosphere.
- Experience in a synthetic rubber manufacturing facility preferred. Must be experienced in maintenance of and qualified to work on, electrical systems and controls from 4160 to 120 VAC.
- Experience is needed in distributive control systems, programmable logic controllers, microprocessor-based instruments, electronic and pneumatic instrumentation, computers, etc.
- The ability to read and interpret electrical and instrument type drawings is a requirement.
