Johnson Controls is hiring an Electrical Engineering Manager to lead our sustaining engineering team in Largo, Florida. You'll own the electrical design of commercial HVAC products our customers rely on every day, including Fan Coil Units, Terminal Units, and Air Handling Units.
This is a hands-on leadership role. You'll keep legacy products improving, deliver custom-engineered equipment for customers' special requests, and build a team known for technical excellence and a true One Team culture. You'll partner closely with the test lab, product management, sales, and operations to take designs from validation to the production floor.

Hiring Salary Range: $90,000 - $135,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
