DuPont's Field Engineering & Supply Chain Development Program is looking for top talent that can catalyze positive changes and advancements in various industries and everyday life.As a participant in the DuPont Field Engineering & Supply Chain Development Program, you will undergo a series of immersive 2-to-3-year assignments in Operations & Engineering and Science & Innovation, which will take place across different locations and functions within the company's various businesses. These assignments will be combined with formal education, as well as opportunities for networking, mentoring, and exposure to leadership roles.

In this program, you will be responsible for implementing engineering best practices, analyzing and improving processes, and contributing to projects aimed at enhancing safety, product quality, and equipment or infrastructure. You will have the opportunity to take on varied roles such as Manufacturing Technical / Process Engineering, Capital Projects, Automation & Process Control, Leveraged Engineering, Equipment Reliability & Maintenance, Continuous Improvement, Product Quality, Technical Service, and Operations Management.

Requirements :

Pursuing or hold a Bachelor’s or Master’sdegree in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, or Materials Engineering from an ABET accredited institution.

GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale.

Minimum of 6 months of paid co-op or internship equivalent experience in your engineering discipline / major.

No more than three years of full-time industry work experience.

geographic flexibility to allow for the best career development fit.

Willingness to relocate to a new location every 2 to 3 years.

Five-year commitment to complete a minimum of two assignments (usually 24-36 months per assignment).

Willingness to be on-call for plant area support when required.

Legal right to work in the United States without any employment restrictions.

Preferred Skills :

Demonstrated leadership capabilities (taking initiative, agility, adaptability, influence management)

Six sigma green belt certification (or willingness to become certified in the first 24 months).

Training and experience with root cause failure analysis, process hazards analysis, and high hazard process safety.
