Responsibilities

Set project timeline
Monitor project deliverables
Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress
Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

Strong business acumen in project planning and management

Strong verbal, written, and organizational skill

Formal training or certification on Agility Lead concepts and 5+ years applied experience

A track record of success working as an Agility Lead supporting high performing software engineering teams

Adept at leveraging agile methodologies, values and principles to help the efficient planning, development and execution of complex technical initiatives.

CSM Certification is required.

An agile mindset with the ability to adapt to aggressive timelines and changing priorities.

Ability to collaborate effectively and influence various stakeholders at all levels including leadership.

Experience coaching and training teams on the adoption, extension and enhancement of agile principles.

Sound understanding of scaling frameworks such as LeSS and various other Agile frameworks such as Kanban, XP

Business, Technical acumen and solid understanding of SDLC.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

PMP Certification is desired.
