Home Pros is looking for motivated Virtual Sales Representatives to join our growing real estate investment team. If you enjoy talking with people, asking thoughtful questions, negotiating solutions, and taking ownership of the sales process, this role offers an opportunity to develop valuable sales and real estate skills.
As a Virtual Sales Representative, you'll speak directly with property owners who are considering selling their homes. You'll learn about their situation, evaluate potential opportunities using company-provided tools, present offers, and guide qualified sellers through the process from the initial conversation to a signed agreement.
Connect with homeowners through inbound and outbound phone calls
Conduct discovery conversations to understand the seller's situation, timeline, property condition, and goals
Build trust and establish professional relationships with property owners
Research and evaluate potential real estate opportunities using company-provided tools and market information
Present purchase offers and explain the next steps clearly
Negotiate terms while working toward agreements that meet company and seller needs
Follow up consistently with prospective sellers throughout the sales process
Manage your pipeline from the first conversation through signed contract
Keep accurate notes and sales activity in the CRM
Work closely with transaction, underwriting, and sales teams to help move deals forward
We're looking for someone who is:
Confident and professional when communicating by phone
A strong listener who can build rapport with different types of people
Comfortable asking questions and discussing financial or real estate topics
Organized and able to manage multiple prospects and follow-ups
Comfortable negotiating and handling customer concerns
Self-motivated and able to manage time effectively while working remotely
Resilient and able to stay focused when conversations don't result in a sale
Goal-oriented and interested in developing their sales skills
Previous sales, real estate, customer service, or phone-based sales experience is a plus.
Estimated annual earnings of $65,000–$190,000, based on individual performance and sales results
Commission-based compensation with opportunities to increase earnings through performance
Consistent access to inbound and outbound sales opportunities
Training in real estate investing, sales, negotiation, and property evaluation
Ongoing call coaching and professional development
Company-provided technology and tools to support property research and sales activities
Established processes and support from experienced team members
Opportunities for advancement into senior sales and leadership roles
