This is an opportunity to learn valuable customer service and sales skills while working with an established local automotive service company. You'll help customers understand their options, coordinate services, and find solutions for their vehicle needs.

Compensation:

$46,000 – $64,000 per year

Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional assistance.

• Answer customer questions and help them understand our services.

• Learn about our automotive services and help customers identify solutions that meet their needs.

• Explain service options, pricing, and benefits in a clear and helpful manner.

• Assist customers with windshield repair and replacement.

• Introduce customers to additional services, including:

  • Automotive window tinting.

  • Headlight restoration.

  • Hail damage repair assistance.

  • Mobile auto glass services.

  • Rock chip repair.

• Help customers schedule appointments and coordinate services.

• Follow up with customers and respond to questions.

• Build positive relationships and encourage repeat business.

• Assist with generating new sales opportunities.

• Maintain accurate customer information and service records.

• Work with team members to achieve customer satisfaction and sales goals.

Qualifications:
