Key Responsibilities

Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships.
Understand client goals and objectives to provide tailored event solutions and maximize satisfaction.
Assist in planning and executing events, coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery.
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to meet client expectations and company standards.
Prepare regular status reports for clients, providing updates and addressing any concerns or changes.
Collaborate with other departments to develop strategies that align with client objectives.
Gather and analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement and foster long-term client relationships.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and within a team to manage multiple projects effectively.
Basic understanding of customer service principles and account management practices.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
