Job SummaryThis role supports the Legal & Compliance Department by helping attorneys manage legal processes, conduct research, review documents, and support transactional work. The position focuses on organizing and preparing legal materials, analyzing issues with low to moderate complexity, and ensuring compliance with state and federal requirements. Work is performed with growing independence and frequent interaction across teams and business units.Key Responsibilities- Review, organize, and prepare legal documents and agreements.
- Conduct legal research and analyze statutes, regulations, and case law.
- Support attorneys with business inquiries, transactions, and special projects.
- Evaluate legal process requests and identify relevant issues.
- Maintain accurate document management and ensure compliance with legal standards.
- Experience reviewing legal documents, contracts, or regulatory materials.
- Knowledge of risk management principles and insurance product structures.
- Proficiency with legal research tools, case management systems, and Microsoft Office.
- Experience organizing large volumes of documents or supporting discovery.
- Integrity — Acts with honesty, maintains confidentiality, and follows ethical and legal standards.
- Attention to Detail — Reviews documents carefully, identifies inconsistencies, and ensures accuracy.

Eligibility to participate in an incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program and plan. Any award depends on a variety of factors including individual and organizational performance.
The actual compensation for this role will be based on a combination of education and experience, knowledge and skills, position budget, internal equity, and market data.
Salary Range:
25.36 - 37.26Positions will be posted for at least 5 days from original posting date.
