Job description
A company is looking for an ETL Developer responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining healthcare data exchange solutions. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain data exchange transactions with healthcare providers, payers, and other trading partners Ensure compliance with HIPAA, CMS, and other healthcare regulations while monitoring data exchange performance Support Master Data Management initiatives and provide mentorship to junior team members Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience 5+ years of experience in systems integrations and / or ETL development 3+ years of hands-on experience in EDI development, preferably in the healthcare or PBM industry 5+ years of relational database experience and proficiency in SQL Proficiency in mapping tools, scripting languages, and ETL standard tools
