Comfortable navigating the fast-paced, high-pressure world of conservative political campaigns. Excited by client collaboration, rapid campaign cycles, and cross-team synergy. 4–5 years of direct experience in programmatic media buying, including hands-on use of ad platforms and DSPs. Demonstrated ability to optimize campaigns and manage budgets effectively. In-depth knowledge of digital advertising metrics and KPIs. Experience with conservative campaigns or PACs is a strong plus. Contribute to high-impact conservative campaigns and independent expenditures. Join a tight-knit, mission-driven team with opportunities for growth and leadership. This role is tailored for a data-driven professional with expertise in programmatic media buying, ready to take charge of strategic ad placements for clients advancing right-of-center political and advocacy initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deploy digital ad campaigns on platforms such as Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, DSPs, and CTV networks.
- Oversee budget allocation, campaign pacing, and performance reporting.
- Analyze real-time data to optimize campaigns for maximum impact.
- Partner with creative strategists and client managers to ensure seamless integration of messaging and media.
- Contribute insights during client meetings to drive campaign success
