This role requires periodic travel (20-30%) to conferences, trade shows, and customer events across the US and Canada.
Key Responsibilities

- Plan, run, and optimize field events : dinners, roundtables, roadshows, CXO programs, industry field activations
- Build promotion playbooks for events including outbound strategy, sales enablement kits, messaging, and sequences
- Develop post-event follow-up frameworks, including persona messaging, lead routing, feedback intake, and pipeline acceleration tracks
- Manage all end-to-end logistics : booth selection, vendor communication, booth design, equipment shipping, swag procurement, staffing, demos, and run-of-show.
- Ensure flawless on-site execution, representing Momos professionally and ensuring our brand is consistently showcased.
- Work cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Sales, Content & Design, and Customer Success to align messaging and event goals.
- Build integrated pre-event, during-event, and post-event campaigns across email, social media, paid channels, partners, and SDR follow-up motions.
- Own attendee list segmentation, outreach, and meeting booking strategies.
- Track event KPIs, including leads captured, meetings booked, influenced pipeline, CAC efficiency, and event ROI.
- Build the measurement strategy for field marketing, tying investment to pipeline, velocity, and influenced ARR
- Optimize event performance over time through testing, creative improvement, and data-driven insights.
- Partner with the brand and content teams to produce event-ready collateral : signage, booth graphics, pitch decks, demo flows, handouts, and multimedia assets.
- Ensure all messaging reflects Momos' value proposition, positioning, and key differentiators.
- Contribute creative ideas for booth experiences, activations, and engagement tactics that attract high-quality prospects.
- Plan and execute smaller-scale customer and partner events, including :
- Customer roundtables
- Executive dinners
- Local workshops & meetups
- Co-hosted partner events

- Work with Sales and Customer Success on attendee recruitment and account targeting.
