Summary : A Fine Dining Server with American Dining Creations will focus on delivering exceptional customer and food service in an upscale restaurant environment. The Fine Dining Server will efficiently greet and serve menu items to guests. Additional tasks may also include cashier, food running, beverage station, bussing, cleaning the kitchen and dining areas, equipment upkeep and other related work as required.

Responsibilities :

• Greeting and serving guests at their table in a fast and efficient manner with exceptional customer service.
• Follow health and safety guidelines while performing light food preparation duties.
• Provide guests with information regarding food ingredients, availability, and pricing.
• Cashier duties may include operating a POS, accepting payment for food and beverage purchases.
• Taking orders, serving tables, and pouring wine or other beverages.
• Escalate customer concerns or complaints to management.
• Clean, organize, and maintain kitchen, equipment, utensils, and dining areas.
• Bussing and setting tables in the restaurant and at special events.
• May be assigned other duties and responsibilities as needed.
