You’ll inspire, motivate, and guide people of all fitness levels to achieve goals they never thought possible. Your energy will set the tone for the room, your expertise will ensure safe and effective workouts, and your encouragement will keep members coming back — not just for the results, but for the experience.

• Stay current on fitness trends, exercise science, and Orangetheory programming updates.

What You'll Bring

• A nationally recognized fitness certification (ACE, NASM, AFAA, ACSM, or equivalent).

• Proven experience leading group fitness classes or personal training sessions.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate diverse groups of people.
