Hooks, Meng & Clement Law Firm is looking for Reliable, flexible and dependable individuals to help with a part-time / temporary file organization project of scanning and renaming documents into our electronic case management system. This position is hands-on, and the applicant must have the ability to move 50+ pound boxes, push a rolling hand cart, and stand on a ladder. This is a part-time job Monday through Friday between the hours of 8 am -5 pm. The maximum hours worked per week is 29. • Scan legal pleadings and enter them into our electronic case management system and ensure that they are properly named, stored, organized, and internally distributed
• Ensure that confidential information is protected at all times
• General knowledge of PC usage along with copier and scanning equipment
• Organized and attention to detail a must Qualifications :
• Proficient in basic computer software and can quickly learn to use new programs
• Must be able to type 50+ WPM
• Require reliable transportation to and from work Compensation : $15 an hour
