Leasing Consultant : Leasing Consultants are responsible for completing the day-to-day leasing and marketing operations of the property while maintaining positive resident relations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Leasing

Answer calls and persuade potential residents to visit the property or the property website

Attend and participate in resident events and event clean up

Greet existing and potential residents

Generate mailings
