We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Full-Charge Bookkeeper to manage the complete accounting cycle and ensure the accuracy and integrity of our financial records. This role is responsible for performing all day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, month-end and year-end closing, payroll, and financial reporting with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Daily Accounting & Bookkeeping
- Manage all aspects of the general ledger, including journal entries, reconciliations, and adjustments
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring accuracy and timely payments
- Maintain vendor and customer records
- Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and loan accounts
Payroll & Tax Support
Financial Reporting
Administrative & Compliance
