Pointguard CFO is a financial SaaS company developing secure, user-friendly web applications for financial reporting and profitability management. Our tools will provide actionable insights to improve the users business profitability. We are growing and looking for a Junior Front-End Developer to join our engineering team

The ideal candidate will have a genuine interest in building intuitive user interfaces, intellectual curiosity, and a desire to create impactful, client-facing experiences.
You will work in-office alongside a team of professionals, contributing to meaningful products from day one while continuing to develop your skills.
Help build a new SaaS platform from scratch and shape it from the ground up, free from the constraints of legacy code. If you are a serious front-end developer eager to grow, we want you on our team.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Development of responsive, accessible user interfaces using modern front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, React).
* Direct collaboration with stakeholders and product team members to translate ideas into mockups and then to functional components.
* Earn greater levels of reliance on your skills as you progress from bug fixes and small enhancements to owning entire product features.
* Participate in code reviews and planning meetings with Senior Engineers.
*Qualifications:*
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related field, or equivalent practical experience (bootcamps/internships count).
* Currently serving as a front-end developer or recent graduate with relevant projects/experience.
* 2 – 3 years of relevant industry experience.
* Developing understanding of front-end best practices, responsive design, and basic accessibility standards.
* High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
*Desired Skills:*
* Experience with React or Angular
* Basic understanding of software testing and CI/CD pipelines
* Strong UI/UX instincts with the ability to make sound design decisions without formal mockups.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
