Full Stack Media Buyer

DOPE Marketing | Full-Time | On-Site, Eagan MN

Base: $75,000 to $90,000

This is a hands-on execution role. You'll build, launch, manage, test, and optimize the paid media that generates qualified leads and customers for DOPE. Meta is the primary channel, and experience across other paid channels matters as we expand.

We aren't looking for someone who took a Meta Ads course or has boosted a few posts. We want someone who has personally run campaigns, spent real money, read the results, made the call on what to change, tested creative, watched campaigns fail, and figured out how to fix them.

You'll be given goals and expected to own the work it takes to hit them.

What You'll Own

Campaign Management

• Build, launch, and manage paid campaigns in Meta Ads Manager
• Manage prospecting, retargeting, lookalike, and customer audiences
• Own campaign structure, budgets, placements, targeting, and bidding
• Monitor campaigns consistently and make optimization decisions without waiting to be told
• Spot underperforming campaigns fast and take action
• Scale what's working
• Keep naming conventions, tracking, UTMs, and campaign documentation clean and organized
• Support additional paid channels as our acquisition strategy grows

Creative Testing

Paid media isn't just targeting. Creative is where most of the leverage is.

You'll work with our marketing and creative teams to continuously test hooks, headlines, offers, copy, images, video, calls to action, landing pages, audiences, formats, and retargeting strategies.

We want someone who can look at performance and say: here's what the data is telling us, here's what I think we should test next, and here's why.

Performance and Optimization

You'll live in the numbers: cost per lead, cost per qualified lead, customer acquisition cost, CPC, CTR, conversion rate, ROAS, lead quality, pipeline generated, and revenue generated.

We care about leads. We care a lot more about whether those leads turn into customers. A campaign that produces 500 cheap leads Sales can't close is not a winning campaign. You'll work with Sales and Marketing to understand what happens after the form fill, then use that to make the campaigns better.

The Person We're Looking For

You're a self-starter. You don't need to be micromanaged, reminded to check your campaigns, or handed a daily task list.

If something isn't working, you investigate it. If you see an opportunity, you bring it forward. If you're stuck, you communicate. If you make a mistake, you own it. If you don't know something, you ask. And if you say you're going to do something, we expect it to get done.

What We Expect From You

• 2 or more years of hands-on paid media experience preferred
• Strong Meta Ads Manager experience
• Experience personally managing meaningful advertising budgets
• Strong understanding of campaign optimization
• Experience with audience and creative testing
• Understanding of conversion tracking and attribution
• Strong analytical ability and clear written and verbal communication
• Ability to prioritize your own workload and operate without constant supervision
• Willingness to move fast and test new ideas
• Ability to take feedback without getting defensive
• Confidence to speak up when you disagree or see something we don't

Nice to have: Google Ads, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn Ads, GA4, HubSpot, Shopify, CRM attribution, landing page optimization, or marketing automation experience.
