Job Title: General LaborerJob Description

We are seeking dedicated General Laborers to join our team. This role involves handling materials, including removing tape from floors, cleaning, moving inventory, and staging inventory. You will also be responsible for installing metal fences on the robotics floor to enhance safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Remove tape from floors and perform cleaning tasks.
• Move and stage inventory efficiently.
• Install metal fences on the robotics floor to improve safety.
• Use various hand and power tools such as drills, impact drivers, screwdrivers, rulers, hammers, and torque wrenches.
• Perform heavy lifting, up to 50 pounds repetitively.
• Work in a loud and fast-paced environment.

Essential Skills

• Experience with hand and power tools.
• Mechanically inclined with skills in assembly and installation.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull equipment up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable using tools such as hammers, drills, and pallet jacks.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to read a tape measure.
• Experience in construction, carpentry, industrial repair, and mechanical assembly.
• Familiarity with quality assurance, inventory management, and forklift operation.

Work Environment

The position is based in a climate-controlled warehouse environment that can be loud and chaotic. Shifts are available Monday-Friday, with hours from 4:30 am-2:00 pm for the first shift and 2:30 pm-12:30 am for the second shift.

This is a Contract position based out of Fort Wayne, IN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
