Contract Benefits Enrollment Administrator
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking experienced Contract Benefits Enrollment Administrators to support our clients during the high-impact open enrollment season. This is a fantastic opportunity for HR professionals with a strong background in benefits, compensation, and leave administration to contribute meaningfully in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do :
- Guide employees through benefits enrollment, changes, and inquiries across medical, dental, vision, life, and disability plans.
- Assist with compensation data management, benchmarking, and support annual merit and bonus cycles.
- Administer leave programs including FMLA, STD, ADA, and personal leave.
- Coordinate workers' compensation reporting and claims.
- Provide hands-on support for open enrollment setup, reporting, reconciliation, and employee assistance.
- Reconcile benefit invoices and manage vendor communications.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company policies through accurate documentation and recordkeeping.
