Position Overview

Nexus Water Group is seeking a GIS Specialist to support our Engineering GIS team. This role will maintain the utility’s spatial data (pipes, valves, hydrants, easements, etc.) using a Geographical Information System (GIS) to support the company’s departments. In addition, this role will perform data entry through digitization, scanning, field data collection using GPS, perform quality control / assurance of GIS data, design and produce high-quality cartographic presentations exhibits, graphs, and charts as needed by other departments / utilities.

• Starting Pay Range : $25 - $30 / hour

Work Location : Position is based out of our office in La Mirada, California. Potential for hybrid remote work is available.
