Communication Coordinator
O.C. Tanner Jewelers in SLC is looking for a Communication Coordinator who is eager to provide the highest level of service to our internal staff and external customers. Our store is truly a Great Place to Work and is a fast-growing part of the O.C. Tanner Company.
Responsibilities :
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner.
- Become knowledgeable about our stores and respond to phone calls with professionalism, providing outstanding customer service and minimizing interruptions in other areas.
- Perform administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning etc. as needed.
- Receive deliveries; sort and distribute incoming mail.
- Take inventory of supplies and restock as needed.
- Educate customers on store services and provide updates on repair and service timelines.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and CRM messaging.
- Monitor shared concierge inbox.
- Manage communication with customers regarding estimates, approvals, and updates for watch services.
- Update and maintain repair and service tickets in the CRM.
- Step in as a customer service specialist on the sales floor during high-volume times when needed.
- Assist customer service with projects and special initiatives.
