This position offers a flexible, hybrid working arrangement.

The Position

This is an excellent opportunity for lawyers with experience handling insurance coverage / coverage litigation matters to work with a collaborative group of experienced coverage / coverage litigation attorneys who handle cases in Nevada and throughout the U.S., working with domestic and foreign insurers.

Key Responsibilities :

• Work closely with other attorneys and Partners on insurance coverage / coverage litigation matters
• Investigate claims and draft coverage opinion letters
• In coverage litigation matters, draft pleadings, motions, and handle discovery
• Provide clients with insurance coverage advice on a variety of subjects
• Communicate with clients and draft reports to clients
