• We are seeking an Insurance Sales Representative to join our team! This is an entry-level position for anyone looking to start a career, with a proven record of success selling, closing sales, and meeting weekly/monthly goals.

Responsibilities:

• Agents have the opportunity to sell a variety of insurance products, including auto, motorcycle, SR-22, home, renters, commercial, and more. This variety allows you to grow your knowledge and increase earning potential.

• Details:
• Starting pay is $18 Hourly pay plus commission without a license
• $20/hour pay plus commission with a license.
• Bi-weekly and monthly bonus compensation
• Present and sell auto insurance policies and services to new and existing customers.
• Prospect and contact potential customers via phone, email, and in-person.
• Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments.
• We will help train for license for new agents.

• ​Qualifications:
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields. (Such as outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing)
• Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas required.
• Ability to build rapport with customers.
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, reading, and listening.
• People-oriented.
• Self-motivated.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Deadline and detail oriented.
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a must.

Education and Background:

• previous sales experience, or a current Broker's license.

Saturday
9:00AM-5:00PM
