Job Description

Source, screen, interview, evaluate and retain candidates for open positions
Foster long term relationships with our consultants
Review and understand job requirements and match them with correct skill sets
Manage entire process for consultants, ensuring a transparent, positive experience
Negotiate pay rates
Work with sales team on delivery expectations
Networking with other professionals, both on and off site, to build strong relationships

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree

An interest or experience in outside / inside sales, account management, staffing or business development

Strong work ethic and sense of commitment

Eagerness to learn and step outside your comfort zone
