The Business Analyst will support the clients Emergency Response Unit by analyzing current processes mapping workflows identifying gaps and documenting both current and future state operations.
Job Responsibilities
- Analyze existing business processes and workflows.
- Facilitate stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather requirements.
- Develop clear workflow maps and process documentation.
- Perform gap analysis and identify inefficiencies.
- Prepare reports and recommendations for process optimization.
- Provide regular status updates to project leadership.
