Job description3+ years as a ServiceNow Developer with experience developing in the following areas : ITSM : Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog ITOM : Event Management, CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping Service Portals Flow Designer, Workflow, Virtual Agent Topics, Integration Hub Scoped Applications Test Management and ATF Application integrations using APIs, web services, scripts, transform maps, etc. 2+ years as member of an Agile, Scrum, or Kanban team 1+ years as an ITOM Administrator Broad general knowledge of IT infrastructure topology including typical application, server, and networking configurations Knowledge of the ITIL framework especially as it pertains to the CMDB model and governance Comprehension of the ServiceNow CSDM model Strong communication skills that include the ability to write clearly and concisely Knowledge of database fundamentals CSM : Case Management, Agent Workspace, Communities Performance Analytics, Dashboards Bachelor's degree in a technical field (or equivalent experience) ServiceNow System Administration Any of the following certifications are a plus : ServiceNow Certified Application Developer ITIL Foundations ServiceNow Discovery Fundamentals ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Discovery ServiceNow Advanced System Administration Scripting in ServiceNow ITIL SACM CCNA or equivalent MCSA, RHCSA (Microsoft, RedHat)

ServiceNow Developer
We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer who has strong technical abilities, a sound understanding of ITIL processes, experience working on a Scrum team, hands-on ITOM Discovery experience, and excellent ServiceNow development skills. This position will focus on deploying and maintaining the CMDB and CSDM service models and all supporting processes. Knowledge of infrastructure and application architecture are beneficial but not required. Additionally, the developer will aid the Platform Support team in other development efforts as needed.
JOB DESCRIPTION / RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Align ServiceNow platform capabilities to business strategy and ServiceNow roadmap
- Develop, test, and implement new capabilities on the ServiceNow platform
- Assist with ServiceNow upgrades, action skipped changes, and create / run tests
- Stay current on ServiceNow products and applicable integrated technologies
