LEGAL INTAKE SPECIALIST - IN-HOUSE (FASTING GROWING LAW FIRM)
Position Summary :
The intake specialist gathers information from potential clients by phone, website, text, and email. The successful candidate will possess excellent verbal communication skills, as this position requires answering and making phone calls as the primary function. Attention to detail, reliability, and a compassionate approach is a must.
The intake specialist is the face of the law firm. So your position and role are the most important at the firm. Without you, the firm will not be able to move forward with helping potential clients resolve their family law issues. As the intake specialist, you are responsible for the intake of information including communication with the case manager at the firm. You will be responsible for properly scheduling clients on the firm’s calendar and sending each client payment links for their consultation fee.
