Senior Automation Framework Engineer - Center of Excellence
Are you passionate about building world-class automation frameworks from the ground up? Do you thrive in a hands-on, technical environment where your work directly drives efficiency, quality, and innovation? Join our Center of Excellence team where you'll be at the forefront of building and evolving centralized test automation frameworks that power teams across the organization.
What You'll Do:
Spend 70-75% of your time designing and developing automation frameworks for Web, Mobile, and API testing - less time in meetings, more time building impactful solutions.
Work with cutting-edge technologies like Selenium, Playwright, Appium, Java, JavaScript, and REST-assured/ Karate to craft robust and scalable automation solutions.
Partner with cross-functional teams to implement frameworks, then hand them off to dedicated automation teams to run the testing - your focus remains on building and evolving the core tools.
Develop frameworks that support modern architectures including AngularJS, React, React Native, and Micro Frontends/Microservices.
Drive excellence by applying TDD (Test-Driven Development) and BDD (Behavior-Driven Development) principles to your work.
Own continuous enhancement of frameworks - we want innovators who don't just build but improve and evolve.
What We're Looking For:
6+ years of experience designing and developing automation frameworks from scratch.
A strong technical foundation with hands-on experience in automation across mobile, web, and APIs.
Comfort working across cross-functional teams, gathering requirements, and delivering adaptable solutions.
Expertise in framework implementation and scalability, not just test execution.
Passion for clean code, test efficiency, and engineering excellence.
