Job Title : Database Developer
Location : Hybrid (Center City Philadelphia, PA – 1 day / week onsite)
Start Date : 7 / 21 or ASAP
Duration : Permanent Full Time
Compensation Range : $110- 140K 10% annual bonus
Job Description :
Develop and maintain scalable, performance-optimized data solutions across on-premise and cloud platforms for enterprise financial systems.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities :
Develop and optimize SQL Server databases, queries, and stored procedures
Maintain and enhance ETL processes using SSIS / SSRS and Visual Studio
Support Snowflake cloud-based solutions including SnowSQL and data sharing features
Write Python scripts for data automation and analytics
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data solutions
Monitor performance and ensure data reliability and security
Participate in rotational on-call support
Requirements : Must-Haves :
5 years as a hands-on Database Developer
Deep expertise with SQL Server, SSIS / SSRS, and query performance tuning
Experience with Snowflake and hybrid cloud data architectures
Proficiency in Python for scripting and automation
Familiarity with PostgreSQL
Strong communication skills and ability to lead data-related projects
Nice-to-Haves :
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
Background in financial services or wealth management
