This role will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer.

This is a hybrid remote role, with 3 days per week required in the office.

We seek a highly skilled and experienced tax professional with an entrepreneurial spirit to serve as our Chief Knowledge Officer (CKO) for US Business Tax. If you're a former associate partner or principal in a smaller firm with past Big 4 experience, this is a unique opportunity to have a significant impact on our rapidly growing company.

This leadership role blends hands-on technical mastery in complex US business taxation with visionary ownership of our business tax practice development. You'll have the autonomy to shape training programs, team development, and operational process improvement with the resources of a larger organization. You'll collaborate closely with our Bangalore and Udupi offices to ensure seamless client experiences, cultivate knowledge sharing, and stay abreast of the latest tax law developments.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership and Client Service

• Serve as the in-house subject matter expert on US business taxation (forms 1120, 1120S, 1065, 5471, 5472, 8865, 1041, partnerships / K-1s, non-profits, trusts, etc.).
• Prepare and review complex US business tax returns across a diverse client base.
• Build strong client relationships : directly engage with clients to address inquiries, resolve complex tax issues, and proactively explore potential opportunities for added value.
