Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Data Governance Architect / Data Management Consultant with strong Microsoft Purview expertise to support a Medicaid modernization initiative. The consultant will be responsible for establishing data governance frameworks, documenting enterprise data assets, developing interface documentation, and delivering data management recommendations across Medicaid systems. Primary Responsibilities
Lead Medicaid data governance and data management initiatives.
Build and maintain Data Catalogs and Data Lineage documentation.
Create and maintain Interface Registry documentation.
Develop Interface Control Documents (ICDs).
Develop Data Governance and Data Management Plans.
Create Interface Management Plans.
Analyze and document data flows between Medicaid systems.
Assess existing data architecture and recommend improvements.
Identify risks related to current data management practices.
Recommend governance, cataloging, lineage, and metadata management tools.
Work with State Medicaid and IT teams to document system integrations and data movement.
